Cancellation and Refund Policy

CODEAAMY PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore implemented a liberal cancellation policy. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 15 days of placing the order.
- Requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.
- Cancellations will not be accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds/replacements may be issued if the customer can prove that the delivered product quality is not up to standard.
2. Refund Process
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team. Refunds or replacements will be considered under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective items should be reported within 15 days of receipt. The merchant will need to verify the issue before any action is taken.
- If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must report it to our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will then assess your complaint and take appropriate action.
- If the product comes with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.
3. Refund Timeframe
If your refund request is approved by CODEAAMY PRIVATE LIMITED, the refund will be processed and reflected in your account within 3-5 business days.
